April Showers Bring May Babies

Let me first start out by saying that our friends, Melissa and Rachel, are great. See:

Here they are, seemingly normal people, yet actually great.

Maybe laughing leads to greatness? We'll likely never know their secrets...

Perhaps their greatness explains why they (with the help of many other great friends) would take the time to clean, cook, and cutely decorate for the fun and casual baby shower they threw for Meg and me this past Sunday. Many friends and family showed up, brought darling gifts and yummy food, and laughed along with us for much of the sunny afternoon. All of those folks are great, too.
