Hide the women and afikoman, it's our fifth annual San Francisco-style Passover Seder for Jews and gentiles alike! Except for one year when Meg and I hosted at our place without them, our friends, Richard and Galene Kessin (dad and step-mom to our friend, Jessica), have flown out from Manhattan for several years to host a Passover Seder in our fair City by the Bay. It's always educational, always fun, and always good for a new story or two.
Galene adds some final touches to the place settings.

Nothing says "Passover" like argyle.This year's green onion fight, inspired by the family tradition of Anessa and some other Sephardic Jews of hitting each other with green onions every time you sing "Dayenu!" during the song of the same name, might be this year's story winner.
